• Events for summer and winter can be found under the Activities
• Final cleaning: € 15.00 per person

• Breakfast for a surcharge and only possible on request and in advance: € 15,00 per person/night

• Check-out by: 9:30 a.m.

The general conditions for the Austrian hotel industry are applicable. 

Upon confirmation, please make a deposit of 30% of the total price. Please ask us for bank details. If you arrive late or depart early, we charge 100% of the room rate from/until the date booked.

Final payment 2 weeks before arrival

Daily price per apartment without visitors tax.

• Winter saison: visitor tax € 3,00 per person and day from the age of 16.
• Summer saison: visitor tax € 3,00 per person and day from the age of 16.

Cancellation terms

• 3 months prior to arrival day free of charge
• Up to 1 month prior to arrival day 40 % of the total arranged price
• Up to 1 week prior to arrival day 70 % of the total arranged price
• In the last week prior to arrival day 90 % of the arranged price
